Privacy

We ask for two things at checkout — your email address and your WhatsApp number — because both are needed to deliver your order and to reach you if something goes wrong.

What we store

• Your email address, WhatsApp number and what you bought.
• Your IP address and browser string, kept with the order as a fraud record.
• Nothing else. We never see or store your card, UPI ID or bank details — the payment is taken on our gateway at pay.cardfi.online and only the result comes back to us.

Who else sees it

The payment gateway, so it can take the payment and show it on your statement, and our email provider, so the delivery reaches you. Nobody else. We do not sell or rent your details.

Messages

Order updates are sent by email and, if you ticked the box, on WhatsApp. You can stop the WhatsApp updates any time by replying STOP, and it will not affect your access.

Getting it deleted

Email support@green-leaf.store and we will delete your details, keeping only what tax law requires us to keep about the sale itself.
